How did I come up with this crazy idea?
Shortly after being asked to organise an event to celebrate 10 Years of the Druk White Lotus School, I decided to join a run organised by Live to Love, it was meant to be a 10 kilometre run somewhere in London, Richmond Park, I think. Preparations for this event did not go as I expected them to go and, although the event took place, I did not participate in it.

There are many reasons why I am running 108 kilometres for charity, it a complex subject. Having analysed my motivation over and over, I have realised it is a subject much more complex than I originally expect it to be.
